(REBATES)

The City of Toronto is constantly working to improve its complex network of underground pipes, sewers and catchbasins. Unfortunately, but these improvements are not enough to guarantee that basement flooding won’t happen.
Climate change results in more frequent, more severe storms and homeowners should do what they can to reduce the risks of basement flooding. The City’s Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program makes it easier for single-family, duplex or triplex residential home owners to implement preventative measures by means of a subsidy of up to $3400 per property for installing flood protection fixtures such as sump pumps, backwater valves, capping the home’s storm sewer connection, pipe severance, and more.

Contact us to take advantage of the subsidy and see how our services are covered.

DRAIN RELIEF IS FULLY AUTHORIZED/LICENSED TO PERFORM AND OBTAIN REBATES FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES…
